Kickboxing

Here is a typical Kickboxing session performed at our PT studio. We start off with a 3 minute warm up followed by a few stretches. This allows you to get the best out of the session. We then perform basic punches, kicks and boxing manoeuvres. Once the client becomes proficient in these, we then progress to more complex moves. The session is completed with full body stretches.

Featured is Jay Dee, one of our best clients over the past year. He has now dropped 48 kilograms in 15 months with another 15kgs to go. We have no doubt he will achieve his fitness goal by the end of 2025!

Fat Burning Circuits

Featured is a typical 45 minute fat burning circuit performed at our PT studio. We start off with a three minute warm up on the treadmill or X trainer. This is followed by a few full body stretches. This allows you to get the best out of the session. We then then focus on doing a lower body exercise, followed by an upper body exercise then a core exercise. This sequence allows the body to maximise its fat burning capabilities with a 1 min cardio exercise to complete the circuit. The circuit finishes off with a cool down including full body stretches.
