ENERGISING BREAKFAST

This week I’m sharing with you an energising breakfast.

I get so many clients complaining “I am so tired”. One area where you can focus on to increase energy is to have an energising breakfast. So ditch the decaf coffee and white toast and have what I had for breakfast this morning, you’ll feel better for it. 🙂

1 glass room temp filtered water with squeezed organic lemon.

Have this before your breakfast to get your stomach juices ready for digestion.

100ml – 200ml Organic Full Fat Gippsland Yogurt

1 organic fig and 1 organic apple

A hand full of raw unsalted almonds

The foods above are raw with minimal processing, which means the enzymes present in the food are intact.
