We are a modern private training studio in the Western suburbs of Melbourne in Caroline Springs.

We have been operating here since 2006 and have over twenty years of experience in the fitness industry.

We offer one on one sessions and two on one sessions. In the warmer months we have an outdoor group personal training session. We train both male and females, from young children, teenagers, right through to senior citizens. To complement your exercise program and fast track your results we provide you with customised dietary advice based on your unique metabolism.

We specialise in weight reduction, muscle toning, healthy lifestyle habits and most importantly the area where most trainers and health professionals neglect, Psychology or the ”Head Stuff”. We teach or clients to “Take your mind where it needs to go and your body will follow.” So we will help you go into the process with the best possible attitude with various tools such as : Goal cards, vision boards and daily affirmations.

Each personal training session is different with various forms of exercise such as resistance training, cardiovascular work, kickboxing, Swiss Ball work and we finish off with full body stretches. The sessions progressively get harder and more intense to give your body reason to change.

About Gideon Kalatzis

Gideon Kalatzis is the owner/operator of Caroline Springs first personal training studio. He is one of Melbourne’s leading Personal Trainers and has been working in the fitness industry since 2000.

He is a qualified Certificate IV Personal Trainer and is currently registered and insured with Kinect Australia; Australia’s leading association for professional personal trainers.

He is also a qualified Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach with the C.H.E.K. Institute of California.

He is an Accredited Kickbox & War Machine Instructor who prides himself on continued education and training.   Gideon has been trained by the best mentors in the industry including Craig Harper (Exercise Scientist /Motivational Speaker /Author), Mat Thom (World’s Fitness Title Winner/Author), and Pat Mesiti (Author / Motivational Speaker).

Gideon is a passionate trainer who enjoys educating and inspiring his clients to reach their true potential in health and fitness. He provides a holistic approach to health, not only focusing on physical training and nutrition but also the one area where most personal trainers and health professionals neglect, the psychology of getting into shape or as Gideon calls it the “Head Stuff”. He teaches his clients to “Take your mind where it needs to go and your body will follow ” with various tools such as daily goal setting, vision boards and daily affirmations.

He has previously worked for many corporate organisations such as ‘Corpfit Melbourne’ (including services to Honda, Ford, and ESSO) ‘Fitness First’ and several community gymnasiums.

Gideon regularly contributes Health and Fitness articles to the Caroline Springs Community Update Newsletter in order to educate and assist local residents.
